Anna Jones

Red Researchers Teacher

I was born in 1995 in Brandon, Manitoba. I then moved to Winnipeg and eventually Hamilton, Ontario. I moved to Halifax when I was 12 and it has since become my home. I’ve known I wanted to work with children since I was a child myself, and have worked in the field for several years. I studied Child and Youth Study at Mount Saint Vincent University and completed my degree in 2018. My time at the Mount taught me that I have a passion for working with children with diverse needs and has broadened my understanding of the word inclusion. In my spare time I enjoy singing, guitar-playing and watching cheesy movies with my cat, Nimoy.
