Anna Jones

I moved to Nova Scotia when I was 12 and have since called this beautiful province my home. I’ve known I wanted to work with children since I was a child myself and have worked in the field for several years.

I completed a degree in Child and Youth Study in 2018 through Mount Saint Vincent University. My time at the Mount taught me that I have a passion for working with children with diverse needs and has broadened my understanding of the word inclusion.

I joined the Wee Care team in 2019 and love being able to support children and families here. At home I have a black cat named Nimoy and a Portuguese Water Dog named Layne. In my spare time I enjoy singing and playing guitar and ukulele, watching movies and going for walks.
