At Wee Care Developmental Centre we believe that all children should be afforded the same opportunities as their peers regardless of their ability. Our Philosophy

At Wee Care Developmental Centre, we believe that all children have the right to a nurturing environment that fosters their innate abilities of bravery, resiliency, inclusiveness, empathy and curiosity. We believe that each child is capable of respecting and understanding others, including the diversity of needs, cultures and gender identities within our centre. Wee Care strives to create shared partnerships with the Centre’s families and the greater community. We are focused on our care and support of the children while building a collaborative, positive team environment.

We are committed to continuing our professional development in the field of Early Childhood Education to provide quality programming. We take pride in our work as we maximize the capabilities and confidence of all children in our care.
