Hillary Nicks

Hi everyone – I’m Hillary! I was born and raised here in Nova Scotia, and I hold a degree in Child and Youth Studies from MSVU. I am also currently completing my diploma in Business Administration. I’ve had the opportunity to build my career in the childcare field as an Early Childhood Educator in non-profit centres and the Pre-Primary program, as well as through experience as an Interim Executive Director. I’m especially passionate about inclusion and creating welcoming, supportive environments where every child and family feels valued. Outside of work, I love spending time with my nieces and nephews and my three cats. I’m also a big fan of home renovations and always seem to have a project on the go. I can’t wait to meet everyone and get started in my new role as Assistant Director!
